These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") are an agreement between Cinex ("us" or "our") and you ("User" or "you"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the products and services made available by Cinex and of the cinex.mv website (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

Cinex reserves the right to revise, modify, add, or remove terms at any time. We will notify you of changes and update the effective date at the bottom of this page. By continuing to use the Services after receiving notice, you agree to the updated terms.

1. Service Description

Cinex provides subscription-based access to streaming media through the Emby platform. Cinex does not host or stream content directly on this website, except for 1-minute preview clips. Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

2. Account Security

You must provide true, current, complete, and accurate information when creating an account, and you must keep such information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Cinex immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.

Cinex will not be liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone else using your account. If you provide false or inaccurate information, Cinex may suspend or terminate your account and refuse use of the Services.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payments are processed through our supported payment providers. All amounts are displayed in your selected currency and converted at checkout. Each subscription supports up to 2 simultaneous streams. Account credentials must not be shared outside your household.

4. Renewals & Payments

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Payment is due on the billing date of each cycle. If payment is not received within 4 days of the due date, Cinex will suspend access until full payment is received. Should we receive a chargeback or disputed payment, all services will be revoked and you may be permanently banned from the platform.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Payments made prior to a cancellation request are non-refundable. Unpaid invoices may result in account suspension or cancellation. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Service Provision

The Cinex service is licensed, not sold. Cinex reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. Account holders are not permitted to lend, borrow, or sell their subscription access to any third party. Any accounts found to be used in this way will be revoked without recourse. Cinex reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

7. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Cinex does not control or endorse such sites and is not responsible for their content. Use your best judgment when navigating away from our website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Cinex disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cinex makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Cinex be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of the Services, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Services, from inability to use the Services, or the interruption, suspension, modification, or termination of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cinex and its directors, officers, staff, employees, and agents against any liability, damage, loss, or expense incurred in connection with claims related to your use of the Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting us. Cinex may terminate, suspend, or disable your access to the Services at any time for any reason with or without notice.

12. Price Changes

Cinex reserves the right to change prices at any time. We will provide you with at least thirty (30) days' notice before applying any price change. It is your responsibility to review billing information provided through your account.

13. Changes to Terms

Cinex may update these terms from time to time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via SMS or Telegram.
